This policy describes the current affiliate storefront. Processing on GGsel, in the affiliate service and on Telegram is also governed by those services’ own policies.
Browsing the site
Browsing does not require registration. The current storefront has no new-order, payment or sign-in form. Lootelio does not ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard code, card details or Trade URL to make a purchase.
Serving pages and operating the network infrastructure involves technical request data, including IP address, resource address and browser information. Do not put personal data or secret links in page URLs or error reports.
Yandex Metrica
On the public domain, Metrica provides traffic and catalogue usage statistics. It may process IP addresses, device and browser details, cookie identifiers, pages, referral sources and interactions. Session Replay is disabled; the click map is enabled.
Catalogue events contain language, storefront mode, item identifier, result count and search word count. Search text, email, Trade URLs, passwords and order data are excluded from these events. Our code strips query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs explicitly sent to Metrica.
Analytics does not load with Do Not Track: 1 or a stored local opt-out. Controls are on the Cookies and analytics page; disabling analytics does not prevent browsing.
JivoChat live chat
The JivoChat (JivoSite) widget loads after you click the live-chat button. When loaded, the third-party service receives technical connection data; when you contact support, it receives the messages and details you choose to send. Do not send passwords, Steam Guard codes, payment credentials or secret links.
Redirects and support
Opening an offer contacts the affiliate service and GGsel. They receive technical redirect data and may use their own cookies. New order, payment and delivery details are entered on the marketplace, not in the Lootelio catalogue.
Contacting us on Telegram shares your profile, message and attachments. We use them to investigate and reply. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, Trade URLs or secret order-access links.
Data requests
Contact Lootelio support about processing, correcting or deleting information from a support request. Any need to retain information depends on the request’s purpose and applicable requirements. Request deletion from external services separately; clearing cookies does not delete statistics already collected.
This page does not establish new retention periods or change obligations for earlier direct Lootelio orders.
