Delivery and refunds

The virtual item is delivered through a Steam trade offer.

How fulfilment works

1. Pay for the exact item at the external Digiseller/Plati checkout.
2. Follow the order instructions and submit a current Trade URL only through the platform interface.
3. Verify the item in the incoming trade offer and accept the trade.

Timing and restrictions

Lootelio does not promise instant delivery. Timing depends on Steam account readiness, fulfilment bridge status, the seller and the external platform. Steam restrictions or an invalid Trade URL may delay or prevent the trade.

Cancellation and refunds

Eligibility depends on payment and trade-offer status and is decided by the seller or platform under the specific order terms. For a paid order, start with the order chat: Lootelio cannot see the payment or issue a refund itself.
