Item delivery and refunds

The selected GGsel seller arranges delivery of a new affiliate order. Check the offer’s terms and timing before paying.
Preparation and delivery
CS2 skins are transferred through a Steam trade offer, not an activation key. You need a public inventory, a current Trade URL for the intended account, Steam Guard readiness and no trading restrictions. Submit the link only in the marketplace’s designated order form.
Verify the incoming trade contents and item variant. Steam restrictions and seller terms may affect delivery. Lootelio sets no universal delivery deadline and does not promise instant delivery.
Order issues or refunds
Open the marketplace order, describe the issue to the seller and, if needed, contact GGsel support using its current procedure. Keep payment evidence and correspondence. Do not publish secret links or personal data.
Refund grounds, decisions and timing depend on applicable law and the specific purchase terms. Lootelio does not control an affiliate order’s payment and cannot refund it independently. This page introduces no fixed deductions, refund percentages or blanket ban on refunds for received items.
