Purchasing and paying on GGsel
Last updated:
New purchases from the catalogue take place on GGsel. Lootelio does not collect money for these purchases or request card details.
Before paying
Check the marketplace address, selected seller and exact item variant. The final amount, currency, fees and payment methods are determined at marketplace checkout. A Lootelio price does not lock the payment amount. Read delivery and refund terms before confirming.
Purchase confirmation
Keep the confirmation and order access provided by the marketplace. Following a link, returning to Lootelio or seeing a price does not confirm payment. Check payment status in your marketplace order.
If money was debited but the order is unconfirmed, contact the seller or marketplace support through the order. Resolve its status before paying again. Contact Lootelio about an earlier direct Lootelio order: the new format does not transfer it to GGsel.
